- Parent/guardian are encouraged to PREPAY for meals in their child's account by the week, month or year.
When the child's account has money in it, the serving line goes
faster for the children to get their meals.
- Food Service Managers will send a low-account balance notice,
as it occurs, with the child to take home to their parent/guardian
AND in the elementary school THURSDAY FOLDER.
- To obtain an account balance, parent/guardian may call or visit
with their child's school Food Service Manager on any school day
from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- All elementary children will receive a meal when they go through
the serving line at their school. To prevent complications, parent/guardian
are encouraged to PREPAY for their child's
meals.
- Junior High School and Clovis High School students will PREPAY for their meals to the Food Service Manager and/or pay for their
meals at the end of the serving line in order to receive a meal
(NO CHARGES).
- ALL adults will PREPAY for their meals to the Food Service Manager and/or pay for their
meals at the end of the serving line in order to receive a meal
(NO CHARGES).
- Check policy: ALL checks must contain
correct name, address and phone number. Please put child's name
and PIN # on the check for correct entry into
computer. The bank will be called for returned checks for collection
status. Cash payment for meals will be required if there are more
than two returned checks per household made to the cafeteria.
